Weymouth Restaurants Give Students Incentive To Work Hard

Two restaurants are offering Weymouth Public School students a free meal if they made the honor roll during the first term.

The Fore River Grille and the Main Street Grille will give a free lunch or dinner to any students who received all A’s and B’s or comments of excellent effort or excellent conduct during their first term.

The deal is being offered to students from Primary School through college.  Students must present their report card, or a newspaper clipping verifying Honor Roll or Dean’s List to be eligible.

The Main Street Grille said the special offer is being  sponsored through the Weymouth school system, but if a student is from a bordering town or goes to a private or parochial school, they will be honored as well.

“This is such a great idea,” Laurie Sinodinos Douzepis posted on the Main Street Grille’s Facebook page. “ Hope you get lots of kids in!”
