Weymouth Sex Offender Added To MA Most Wanted List
Richard Fleurant was convicted of victimizing teenage boys at a Weymouth apartment complex while serving as the building's superintendent.

WEYMOUTH, MA – A man convicted of victimizing teenage boys while serving as an apartment superintendent in Weymouth in the mid-1970s has been added to the Massachusetts Most Wanted list, state police said. Richard Fleurant, 79, was convicted of four counts of unnatural acts with a child under 16 in 1977 and sentenced to 25-40 years in prison.
Fleurant is a Level 3 sex offender and is wanted for failing to register, according to state police. In addition to his 1977 conviction, his lengthy criminal record in Massachusetts includes carrying a dangerous weapon - machine gun, lewd and lascivious behavior, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unnatural acts and disseminating obscene material to a minor.
He is believed to be homeless and has past ties to Weymouth, Boston and central Massachusetts.
