Weymouth Woman Faces Unlawful Weapons Charges in Boston
Gabriella Pachman of South Weymouth was arrested Monday night.

BOSTON, MA — A Weymouth woman faces weapons charges following an incident in Boston.
At about 9:30 p.m. Monday, Boston Police observed a group on Charles Street smoking and drinking on the sidewalk around a parked car with its driver’s side slightly open. Police say they saw a woman sitting in the vehicle’s driver’s seat and a teenage boy sitting in the passenger seat behind her. Upon approach, an officer observed an item passed between the two. When the officers asked about the exchange, the woman, identified as 28-year-old Gabriella Pachman of South Weymouth, told the officers she gave the teen a cigarette. Not seeing a cigarette in the possession of the 16-year-old teenager, the officers conducted a pat frisk of the passenger area of the vehicle.
Officers allegedly located a loaded silver Jennings J-22 pistol under the driver’s seat. The two were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm.
