Weymouth's 2016 Level 3 Sex Offender Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

WEYMOUTH, MA — There are seven level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Weymouth as of Oct. 16, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.
Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
There are seven additional level 2 sex offenders living in town.

- Robert Baker, 68, works at 723 Washington St. In 2002, he was convicted of two counts indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and four counts of rape and abuse of a child.
- Fabian Gadomski, 52, has a secondary address at 193 Lake St., Apt. 6. In 2003, he was convicted of two counts of rape and abuse of a child, dissemination of child pornography, and purchase or possession of child pornography
- Stephen Goudy, 56, works at 204 Main St. In 1984, he was convicted of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior and in 1985, he was convicted of two counts of aggravated rape.
- Dennis Losee Jr. 49, has a secondary address at 36 Thayer Ave. In 1999, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and in 2007, he was convicted of six counts of rape of child with force and six counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.
- John Macchia, 47, lives at 55 Union St., Apt. 4. In 1999, he was convicted of rape of child with force, two counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, unnatural and lascivious acts with child under 16, three counts of rape and abuse of child, and four counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.
- Mark MacDougall, 53, is homeless in Weymouth. In 1985, he was convicted of rape.
- Kenneth Peck, 61, lives at 169-171 Bridge St. In 1984, he was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape.
