A Cappella Performance Set for Friday at WMS

Middle School is venue for Ithacapella.

As a part of its winter tour, an Ithaca College signing group will make a trip to Wilmington on Friday.

Ithacappella, an all male a cappella ensemble that was officially founded in 1996, will perform at Wilmington Middle School on Friday at 7:30 p.m. inside the auditorium.

The Ithaca students are traveling around the Boston area, and as a part of the winter tour are making stops in Wilmington, Wakefield and Stoughton among others.

While the singers will perform traditional barbershop songs, they are also well-known for their own versions of popular radio songs. The group has performed nationally and on a variety of television shows that include American Idol.
