• SENIOR CENTER SPOTLIGHT: Building Brain Healthy Habits At June 24 At Senior Center (wilmingtonapple.com) — Wilmington seniors are invited to a free “Building Brain-Healthy Habits” workshop at the Wilmington Senior Center on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11 a.m. Presented with the Alzheimer’s Association and Minuteman Senior Services, the session covers research-backed ways to protect memory, build healthier routines, and create a personal action plan. Registration is required and includes a box lunch.
