• WILMINGTON REC REMINDERS: 'Power Up' Fitness Classes This September (wilmingtonapple.com) — Wilmington's Recreation Department is promoting affordable "Power Up" fitness classes this September and November, designed to fit around busy school-year schedules. Residents can register at Town Hall, by phone, or online, with a small additional fee for non-residents and clear office hours listed for in-person signups.
   

• Locus Robotics Raises $41.6 Million in Series G Funding (supplychain247.com) — A Wilmington-based robotics company, Locus Robotics, has secured $41.6 million in new Series G funding from existing investors, with the round still open. The warehouse automation firm, already backed by over $400 million, continues expanding its robot technology and services for major logistics customers worldwide, potentially strengthening jobs and innovation ties to Wilmington.
