• 💡 RMLD Board of Commissioners 9-15-26 AI Recap (readingrecap.com) — Wilmington residents will see continued RMLD work on local schools, bridges, and advanced electric meters as the utility moves its smart-meter rollout into town and plans major transformer purchases for new buildings. At this week's Reading-based RMLD meeting, officials also approved a new AI-use policy, a three-year line-work contract, nearly $1 million in new trucks, and a fall pilot shortening customer service hours.
