• MBTA Communities Act to go before voters again (homenewshere.com) — Wilmington voters will again decide the MBTA Communities Act at a Nov. 21 Special Town Meeting, after state court rulings increased pressure on noncompliant towns to create realistic multifamily zoning. Local officials warn that if residents reject rezoning again, the state could impose its own map, while the board also advanced licenses for a new Ballardvale Street Mexican restaurant.
