Billerica Man Indicted For Rape Of 15-Year-Old Girl In Wilmington
Trevor Godin, 19, of Billerica, was release on personal recognizance for the charge stemming from September 2017.
WILMINGTON, MA -- A Middlesex County Grand Jury indicted a 2017 graduate of Shawsheen Technical High School on one count of rape of child by force. Trevor Godin, 19, of Billerica, pleaded not guilty on June 27 to the charge stemming from a September 2017 in which he allegedly assaulted a 15-year-old girl he knew.
Godin was released on personal recognizance and is due back in court on August 1. As a condition of his release, he was ordered to stay away from the victim, according to Middlesex County District Attorney spokeswoman Elizabeth Vlock.
