Bob's Auto Body Selected as Top Auto Repair Shop

Most people aren’t thrilled when they need work done on their car. That’s why Greg Roberts makes sure to make the experience as painless as possible.

“We try to make an inconvenience as convenient as possible,” said Roberts, who has been in business for 21 years now. “We take care of everything. We get you in, get you a rental car and do everything to make things go as smoothly as possible.”

Voting in this week’s poll was spread out evenly throughout. Bob’s Auto Body received 26 votes, while Green Street Motor’s notched 11 votes, Charlie’s Auto Body was picked 10 times and Auto Repair Guy received nine votes. 

Bob’s specializes in collision repair, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As for this week's winner, Roberts said the biggest reason he’s found long term success in Wilmington is the relationship he’s developed with his customers. 

“If someone comes in with a problem, we don’t dismiss them,” said Roberts. “We get a lot of word of mouth and repeat customers. The best referral you can get is from a previous customer. That’s the best kind of advertising right there.”
