With an additional 10,000 square foot (sf) expansion capability for a total of 52,872 square feet (sf). Avison Young Principal Jack Kerrigan, Vice President Mark Coelho and Associate Colin Whitney represented the Landlord; The Praedium Group LLC. Chris Lawrence and Matt Daniels of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Proto-Pac Engineering Company, on this 8.5 year lease.
