BODYMECHANIX Boosts the Boosters!
Local business pitching in to help high school athletes

BODYMECHANIX’ Give-Back Program offers assistance to Booster Clubs struggling to reach their highest potential.
When 5 or more athletes from the same team participate in BODYMECHINX Performance Enhancement Programs, the owner will give back 10% to help provide what the team needs to win.
Although rehabilitation of injuries is White’s Physical Therapy’s main focus, Doug White’s true passion is running BODYMECHANIX each session. “It is quite exciting to take athletes of various proficiencies and assist them to achieve the next level of ability,” says Doug White. Having previously trained world-class and Olympic athletes, Doug knows what it takes for an athlete to achieve peak performance and how to focus a training program to attain maximum results.

During the four week training program, boys and girls 14 and older will work with Doug and other Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to develop the skills necessary to improve their performance, reduce the risk of injury, and learn how to take care of their bodies’ needs while maintaining a rigorous training program.
BODYMECHANIX is a win-win for more than just the athlete. Doug’s objective is to boost the athletic department as a whole by strengthening the athletes performance, moving teams toward achieving their highest potential, and pitching in by donating proceeds to their booster club.
