Bullying

I was talking to a friend of mine and her Daughter is being bullied in our Wilmington Schools. She has gone through all the channels and they told her they can not do anything about it. Her daughter has had to have therapy and she even changed schools. She is still traumatised.

 I can't believe with all of the laws and hype on bullying there is nothing our school department can do to help her or the poor other kid she is bullying now.

The bully should have to change schools not the innocent kids she is doing it to.

We are just like other towns we have our problems but I always hoped that we took care of our children and residents of Wilmington better then other towns.

This is a very serious!!  I hope other people agree with me and take control of it before it gets so bad more children suffer.
