Simple, whole food ingredients that you can eat anytime without feeling guilty. And as an added bonus, they won't give you that terrible sugar crash half an hour later that will leave you feeling low in energy and generally yucky.

Oats (toasted makes these especially yummy!)

Baked Apple Pie
