Busy Summer for Little League All-Stars [PHOTOS]
Variety of Wilmington Little League teams hold their own against stiff competition.
Though the town's , the summer went on longer for several Wilmington teams.
All-Star season continued on Sunday for a trio of teams as played host to three tilts throughout the day.
First at 10 a.m., the AA All-Stars took on their AAA opponents. Though the young players do not travel, they were selected for the squad based on their season performance.

The AA roster included Rockies players Jared Venezia, Nolan Ricci, Kyle Monroe; Brewers players Jake Danieli, Keith MacDonald, Rich Stuart; D-Backs players Sean Kelley, Jake Arsenault, Tristan Ciampa; and Cubs players Ryan Martin, Eric Nesline, and Jason Marquard.
For the AAA side the roster included Royals players Stephen Bowker, Tucker Bryne, Tim Scalesse and Pat Baker; Mariners players Matt Campbell, Anthony Celeta, Phillip Marchese and Matt Wong; and Angels players Brian Danskee, Colin Duffy, Zach Kincaid and Dean Nally.

The 10- and 11-year-old team lost 12-8 to Woburn and 3-2 to Wakefield American to open the tournament before Sunday's tilt against North Reading.
That team includes Ryan Barrett, Connor Benoit, Nathan Frye, Tim Kippenberger, Peter Marino, Ben Maynard, Riley McCue, Richie McNamara, Dominic Pedi, Joey Reberio, Bailey Smith, Chris Stokes, Andrew Sullivan, and Danny Woods.
Finally, the 12-year-old team lost 4-0 to Wakefield National, lost 16-1 to North Reading and won 12-10 over Woburn in its first three games before Sunday.
Players are Jared Aucoin, Josh Bartnicki, Danny Gracia, Chris Grecoe, Connor Griffin, Tate Kennedy, Bobby Lord, Connor MacKenzie, Matt Rideout, David Silveria, Grahame Smith, Jason Spizuco, Tommy Worob and Riley Zaya.
