Charles McNeil Back in Court for Pretrial Conference
Appearance was next step as Wilmington man faces felony charges in the death of Kim Forte.

In his first court appearance since in the 2011 death of a pedestrian, Charles McNeil appeared for a brief pretrial conference on Tuesday in Woburn.
in the , McNeil is beginning the process again on felony counts of motor vehicle homicide by operating under the influence of drugs and negligence, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, second offense, and marked lanes violation.
During his May indictment, the District Attorney said that in addition to the prescription anti-depressents that McNeil was taking, he was also allegedly impaired by marijuana when he struck and killed Forte with his vehicle.

Following Tuesday's appearance in Superior Court, McNeil is next slated to appear on August 10 for a status hearing.
