Chelmsford Man Arrested After Beating, Robbery In Wilmington
Jesse Jay Leveron, 25, of Chelmsford, is facing multiple charges following the Tuesday morning incident.

WILMINGTON, MA -- A Chelmsford man is facing multiple charges stemming from a reported robbery Tuesday morning. Wilmington Police arrested Jesse Jay Leveron, 25, of Chelmsford, and charged him with malicious larceny under $1,200, maliciious destruction of property under $1,200, larcent under $1,200 and assault and battery, according to the Wilmington Police log.
Wilmington Police responded to a report a 9:43 am Tuesday from a caller claiming he had been jumped on McDonald Road by two men that ran off with his keys. Three of the tires of the victim's vehicles were slashed. No other details were available as of Wednesday morning.
Also on Tuesday, Wilmington Police arrested Zachary Norton, 24, of 2 Laurel Avenue in Wilmington, during a traffic stop at 4:39 am on Woburn Street. Norton was charged with OUI-Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.
