Children and their parents walked from the Wilmington Public Safety building to the WHS Cafeteria Sunday afternoon, in the parade hosted by the Wilmington Recreation Department. In videos captured by Wilmington Community TV, children and their parents can be seen dressed in costumes ranging from Pokemon to Sriracha bottles.
