Kids in grade 5-9 ( and eager 4th graders) can sign up to learn Ultimate Frisbee in the BUDA Summer Youth League. Held in Lexington, this learning league is a great intro to ultmate. Frisbee is played all over Massachusetts at the high school and college level- you may know many Ulitmate players! This co-ed sport is great for kids and is a non-contact, spirit of the game sport. Kids need a water bottle and soccer cleats. A great chance for kids from every town to learn the sport.
