Resume Workshoip

About the Program
A clear and compelling resume is a critical piece of any successful job search. Jim Stokely will show a multimedia presentation designed to teach participants the basic principles and key elements of a successful resume. The remainder of the evening will consist of a one-hour resume-writing workshop. Participants will pair up and will offer advice on their partner’s resume. In “round robin” fashion, Stokely will quickly review each participant’s resume and will also offer advice on how to improve it.

About the Presenter
Jim Stokely, co-author of How to Find a Good Job in 90 Days, is returning to the Tewksbury Public Library after a successful talk in September. Stokely, a graduate of Yale University and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, has over 25 years of experience as a human resources consultant and once served as a director with the National Endowment for the Humanities. Autographed copies of his book will be available for purchase after the event.
