To start off One Book One Community Wilmington Reads, join us for an informative talk and discussion, followed by good food and company. Joyce Chaplin, Professor of Early American History, Harvard University In Chaplin’s course on the history of food in America, she and her students explore how individual food choices and national food policies connect Americans to the larger social world and the natural world of all other living beings. Join us as we learn more about the place of food in America’s history.
A Q&A session will follow the talk.
