A huge chunk of ice fell through the roof and into a stairwell at the Avalon Oaks complex in Wilmington Sunday afternoon. Wilmington Police say thankfully no one was hurt.

The iced landed in a back stairwell of the apartment complex, <a href="http://boston.cbslocal.com/2015/03/15/ice-boulder-crashes-through-wilmington-apartment-ceiling/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WBZ reported</a>. According to that report, the “ice boulder” weighed a couple hundred pounds and fell approximately 15 feet before it landed in the stairwell.

No one was hurt when ice fell into the stairwell at Avalon Oaks.
