James C. "Jay" Palmer, 51, Formerly of Wilmington

WILMINGTON, MA — James C. “Jay” Palmer, age 51, of Tewksbury, formerly of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 2.

Jay is the cherished son of the late James T. and Theresa N. “Chickie” (Marszalek) Palmer, dear brother of Stacey M. Moda & her husband John of N. Reading and Eric T. Palmer of Methuen, loving uncle of Jamie Moda. Jay is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral arrangements for Jay will be private.
