Make Some Cookies in a Jiffy!
These Jiffy Cookies are exactly what the name implies--quick to make and quick to be gone from the cookie jar!

"A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand." ~Author Unknown
My Gram worked in the school cafeteria when we were kids and one of my favorite things she would bring home were Jiffy Cookies. Sweet and crunchy, they were the epitome of love to me. I envisioned them as a complicated concoction but when I finally did get the recipe I couldn't believe how easy they were to make. They don't even require baking which makes them the perfect summer dessert.
