Man Arrested Following Argument At Wilmington Dunkin' Donuts

WILMINGTON, MA -- Wilmington Police responded to a call from the Dunkin' Donuts on Lowell Street at 7:07 pm Wednesday. The employee was calling to report that a man and a woman were arguing inside of the store. Police arrested Paul J. Francis IV, 29, of Haverhill on an outstanding warrant.

Also on Wednesday, police arrested Susan A. Roy, 48, of 49 Butters Row, during a motor vehicle stop at 5:57 pm at the intersection of Church and Adelaide Streets. Roy was charged with OUI - liquor, open container and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
