Man Arrested For Throwing Beer Bottle At Wilmington Restaurant

WILMINGTON, MA -- A North Reading man is facing charges stemming from an argument at a Wilmington restaurant Friday night. Police responded to a call from Teremezzo Restaurant at 11:38 pm Friday night, according to the Wilmington Police log. The caller told police that a man was causing a disturbance and an argument could be heard in the background.

When police arrived they found Frank Dearborn, 44, of North Reading in the parking lot with a woman. According to the report, Dearborn had thrown a beer bottle during the dispute. He was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of malicious destruction of property valued over $250.
