Medford Man Accused Of Wilmington Rape Back In Court Wednesday
Panya Akkaraittayapoom was arraigned in February for the alleged rape that happened in Wilmington on November 20.

WILMINGTON, MA -- Panya Akkaraittayapoom, 33, of Medford, will be back in Middlesex Superior Court Wednesday for a hearing. Akkaraittayapoom pleaded not guilty in Woburn District Court on February 2o to charges of rape stemming from a November 20 incident in Wilmington.
As a condition of his release while awaiting trial, Akkaraittayapoom was ordered to surrender his passport and have no contact with the victim in the case, according to the Middlsex District Attorney's office. No other details were being released at this time.
