Police Activity In Wilmington Not Related To Public Danger

The police presence had to do with a fleeing motorist. The public should not be alarmed.

WILMINGTON, MA – The public should not be alarmed about police activity in Wilmington, the police department said. WPD wrote on Twitter that the police presence on Glen Road is related to a motorcyclist who fled officers Wednesday morning.

There is no danger to the general public.
