Police Log: Stolen TVs and an OUI Arrest

Thursday, March 8
2:17 p.m.: Federal Street caller reports he arrived home at 2:10 p.m. and found the glass in the back door was broken. Does not appear any access gained to the residence. Caller states his wife left at approximately 6:30 a.m. this morniong. Lt. Neville was notified and a detectice will be responding.
5:00 p.m.: Route 125 caller reports a party on a bicycle traveling on the road towards North Reading. Caller states he was not wearing a helmet, was swerving in and out of the travel lane and was almost struck by a vehicle. State police responding.

Friday, March 9
12:31 a.m.: Reporting guide wires down and a damaged telephone pole at the Wildwood Cemetery garade on Wildwood Street. Marjorie Taylor of Wilmington is transported by the fire department and then charged with operating under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and destruction of property greater than $250.

4:48 p.m.: Chestnut Street caller reporting he left the house at around 9 a.m. and just returned home, noticing the side door is damaged. Access was gained and an HD television was taken off the wall.
10:36 p.m.: Lisa from Wilmington Wildcat Things called and advised they would be attempting to catch an injured turkey tomorrow. Wanted it logged in case of future phone calls.
Saturday, March 10
8:24 p.m.: . Involved party is bleeding from his head. Notifying Tewksbury and Billerica.
Sunday, March 11
9:15 p.m.: Two car accident on Church Street. No injuries, just property damage. One vehicl ejust took off from front of the station after report of being in an accident. Saw vehicle at Federal Hill, stopped at residence. Thomas Doyle, 27, of Wilmington charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, leaving the scene of property damage and speeding.
Monday, March 12
3:21 p.m.: Caller on Glendale Circle reporting his neighbor had a bridge over the stream in their back yard. The bridge has since collapsed, causing water to back up onto his property.
3:43 p.m.: Mass Bay Commuter reporting a group of youths throwing rocks at the passing trains. Small amount of marijuana confiscated for destruction. Civil citation given in the presence of his father.
6:11 p.m.: Aldrich Road caller reporting he returned home about 15 minutes ago and he just noticed his house was broken into. At least two televisions reported missing at this time. He and his son are stepping outside, and they would like an officer to assist in a walkthrough.
