REPEAT! Wilmington Pulls Away to Take Division 2 Crown
Drew Foley was sparkling in net and Wilmington notched three third period goals to skate away with a 4-0 win at TD Garden, the team's second straight state championship.

The Wilmington High School boys hockey team was too strong, too fast and too talented for Franklin as the Wildcats pulled away late to seal a 4-0 victory and the team's second straight Division 2 state championship at TD Garden.
Cody McGowan opened the scoring on the breakaway in the first period, Brendan McDonough added his seventh goal of the postseason and Jake Rogers and Luke Foley each scored to seal the win.
"It's your senior year and you always want to go out on top with a championship," said captain Cam Owens. "To win two of those, it's a feel you can't describe."
