SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Wilmington's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Wilmington has four Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• Thomas Coconis, 45, works at 234 Ballardvale St. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, and purchase or possession of child pornography in December, 2005.

• William Perry, 48, lives at 35 Oakridge Circle. Convicted of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, rape and abuse of child and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in August, 2000.

• Michael Robinson (AKA Jordan), 46, works at 230 Ballardvale St. Convicted of rape and abuse of child in October, 1993.

• Withold Wilhelm, 69, lives at 2 Brentwood Ave. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in August 1995, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in October, 1987.
