With team captain Kelly Duffy sidelined with tennis elbow, the Wilmington High School girls tennis team's lineup had a different look than usual. The Wildcats were forced to slide Katie Richardson up to the top singles spot, where she played hard before a 1-6. 5-7, defeat. The Wildcats fell as a team, 5-0, on the day and are still in search of their first victory of the season.

  • No. 1 singles: Alex Sulkin (Ipswich) defeated Katie Richardson (Wilmington) 6-1, 7-5
  • No. 2 singles: Kelsi Grundstrom (Ipswich) defeated Kristen Tavares (Wilmington) 6-0, 6-2
  • No. 3 singles: Libby Brown (Ipswich) defeated Alyssa Fiorentino (Wilmington) 6-0, 6-1
  • No. 1 doubles: Kaitlyn Kelley and Megan Freiberger (Ipswich) defeated Michelle Woods and Melanie Flaherty (Wilmington) 6-0, 6-0
  • No. 2 doubles: Rachael Eramo and Ashley Sulkin (Ipswich) defeated Anna Siegel and Courtney See (Wilmington) 6-1, 6-3
