Agility Exercises
Grapevine
Rotate your hips as far as possible to the right, crossing your right foot in front of your left foot, then reverse. Focus on keeping shoulders facing forward. This exercise works the obliques, upper body separation, and hip mobility.

Side Step
Stand at the bottom of a staircase with stairs at your right. Step up sideways with you right foot. Reverse. This exercise is for agility and coordination.

Balance Exercise
Dynadisc
Stand on your left leg on a Dynadisc for three intervals of 1-3 minutes each. Then repeat with the right leg. Keep your knees aligned with your ankles as you balance. This exercise focuses on core strength and balance.
