UPDATED - Snow Cancellations: Schools Closed Again Wednesday, Business Closings, Post Office Closed, No Trash Pick Up Tuesday and More

Newest cancellations Tuesday into Wednesday.

  • Shawsheen Technical High School will be also be closed Wednesday, Jan. 28.

The following cancellations and delays have been announced ahead of the storm:

  • All Massachusetts courts are closed on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
  • The Winchester Family Medical Center on Rte. 62 will be closed all day Tuesday (no walk in/urgent care).
  • The U.S. Postal Service is closed Tuesday. There will be no mail delivery.
  • All Wilmington Recreation Department activities scheduled for tonight will take place as planned. All Recreation Department activities scheduled for Tuesday are cancelled.
  • Town Offices will be closed on Tuesday.
  • Shawsheen Technical High School will be also be closed Tuesday, as well as Wednesday, Jan. 27 and 28. There will be no school or activities either day.
  • Trash pick up has been cancelled for Tuesday throughout the town. Tuesday’s trash will be picked up on Wednesday. Pick up will be delayed a day this week following the storm.

  • The Dunkin’ Donuts at 211 Lowell St. in Wilmington will be closed Tuesday.
  • McDonald’s on Main Street will not be open on Tuesday.
  • The Cleaner Spot, 209 Main St., will be closing early Monday at 5 p.m., closed Tuesday and opening Wednesday noon to 7 p.m. 24 Hour Drop Off is still available. In case of emergency, customers can call (617) 335-4839.
  • Tremezzo will be closing early Monday, closed Tuesday, and re-opening on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
  • As Good As It Gets will be closed Tuesday, reopening on Wednesday.

If you lose power:

Wilmington Police are asking residents to not call 911 to report power outages unless you see a hazardous condition. Outages should be reported to RMLD at 781-944-1340.
