Spring Season in Full Swing This Week

With the baseball team getting underway Monday, the season is officially underway for all Wilmington High School spring squads.

Here's a look at what the upcoming days look like for the Wildcats.

Monday, April 9

• Baseball hosts rival Tewksbury at 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 10

• Softball plays at home against Woburn at 3:30 p.m.
• Wilmington baseball plays Woburn, with first pitch coming at 3:30 p.m.
• plays on the road against Melrose beginning at 3:45 p.m.

Wednesday, April 11

• The Wildcats girls track team welcomes Stoneham to town at 3:30 p.m.
• Wilmington's boys track team, meanwhile, is on the road at Stoneham, beginning 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 12

• After a lengthy layoff, the boys tennis team hosts Triton at 3:30 p.m.
• The baseball team's busy week continues wth a home tilt against Lexington at 3:30 p.m.
• Wilmington's softball team also plays at home with a 3:45 p.m. contest against Lexington.

Friday, April 13

• The boys tennis team is at home again with a 3:30 p.m. match against Melrose
• The boys lacrosse team looks for its first win against Watertown at 3:45 p.m.
• Cambridge Public Schools visits the softball team at 4 p.m.
• The Lady Wildcats lacrosse team travels to face Watertown at 4 p.m.
