It is a sample of the types of calls the Wilmington Police responded on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Arrests
Police arrested Nicole M. Purcell, 45, of Salem during a traffic stop on Main Street near the CVS. Purcell was arrested on outstanding warrants and charges of credit card fraud over $250.
At 2:37 pm, police arrested Christopher E. Marshall, 33, of Wilmington on outstanding warrants and charges of larceny from building.

At 6:49 pm, police arrested Julio-Cesar De Olivieira-Patricio, 38, of Everett during a motor vehicle stop on Main Street for marked lanes violation and unlicensed motor vehicle operation.

8:47 am: Low wires over sidewalk on Burlington Ave.
9:52 am: Resident requesting extra patrols on Shawsheen Ave. 3 and 6 pm because of excessive speeding in area.
10:56 am: Resident reporting someone deflated tire on her vehicle.
1:44 pm: Lights at intersection of Middlesex Ave. and Glen Road flashing yellow.
1:58 pm: Live wire down on Forest Street.
2:08 pm: Report of discarded refrigerator on corner Cabot and West Jamaica with door still on it. Owner notified.
3:35 pm: Caller says her nine-year-old daughter did not get off the school bus at the usual stop. Father says another student the bus says she did not get on at West School. Girl returned home as station officer spoke with father.
6:10 pm: Caller reports speeding on Grove Avenue. kids trick-or-treating in area.
6:46 pm: Three teenage girls reportedly threw a bowl of candy onto Sheridan Road. Gone on arrival.
8:25 pm: Verbal disturbance on Sandy Lane.
