Who Got Arrested Over The Weekend In Wilmington?
Wilmington police made charges against 3 people over the weekend, including one involving a man who was charged with assault and battery.

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington police issued a summons to a resident of the Metro at Wilmington Station condominium complex Sunday at 2:41 a.m. after receiving a call from a man who said he had been assaulted after dropping the man off at his home. [Name Removed], 36, of 10 Burlington Avenue Apt. 2308 in Wilmington, was charged with assault and battery, according to the Wilmington police log. Other arrests and summons recorded over the weekend included:
- Following a motor vehicle crash on Butters Row Saturday at 5:39 p.m., police arrested Jesus Maria Mejia, 29, of Lowell on an outstanding warrant. Mejia had crashed into a Verizon pole.
- On Friday at 6:43 p.m., police responded to a call from a resident of Palmer Way who said two men had been sitting in a car outside their home for several hours. Police spotted the car heading towards Interstate 93 and, following a traffic stop, arrested Fridrik V. Fridriksson, 34, of Beverly. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
