Who Got Arrested In Wilmington Over The Weekend?

A Tewksbury man was arrested for OUI-liquor after driving his car off the road Friday afternoon.

WILMINGTON, MA -- The following arrests and summons were recorded by the Wilmington Police Department in their public police log between Friday, Jan. 18 and Monday, Jan. 21:

  • Following a motor vehicle accident at 3:28 pm Friday on Adams Street, police arrested Scott T. Nealon, 54, of 121 Mitchell Drive in Tewksbury, and charged him with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Nealon was treated for injuries at Lahey Hospital in Burlington after driving his car off the road and into a culvert.
  • During a motor vehicle stop at 7:10 pm on Main Street Monday, Wilmington Police issued a summons to Amanda Leigh Fay, 34, of 29 1/2 Pinehurst Avenue in Billerica, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
  • Following a single-car crash at 8:18 Monday on Ballardville Street, police issued a summons to Lisa Bevilacqua, 49, of 13 Grace Drive in Wilmington, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. No injuries were reported in the crash.
