Who Got Arrested In Wilmington This Week?
A look at recent arrests and summons from the Wilmington Police log.

WILMINGTON, MA -- A 23-year-old Wilmington man is facing charges for unarmed robbery and assault and battery following a fight Monday night. Police responded to "multiple callers reporting a fight between multiple people" on Brentwood Avenue at 8:07. The group had dispersed by the time police arrived, but a black Honda with New Hampshire had been seen leaving the area.
The vehicle was located a short time later parked at olin Chemical on Eames Street, according to the Wilmington Police log. The officer who found the vehicle requested backup, and police sent the parties on their way. A summons was issued Vincent M. Querci, 23, of 125 Glen Road in Wilmington in connection to the incident on charges of assault and battery and unarmed robbery.

- Gregg A. Whitney, 40, of 7 Adelman Road, was arrested at his home on an outstanding warrant at 5:58 am on Monday.
- At 8:50 pm Saturday, Alex S. Condell, no age give, of 5 Towpath Drive, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the Shell Gas Station on Main Street. Condell was charged with driving with a suspended license, open container, and possession of a class B drug.
- Following a car crash at 2:16 pm Saturday on King Street, police arrested Nicholas Adam Brown, no age given, of 19 Seneca Lane, and charged him with OUI-Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container, and speeding.
- Following a motor vehicle stop at 5:19 am Friday, police issue a summons to Josue O. Posad-Dubon, no age given, of 2 University Street, on charges of unlicensed motor vehicle operation and failure to signal.
