Wilmington Farmers Market Seeks Location for First Winter Season
The Farmers market has taken to social media in an effort to find a location for a potential winter season.

The farmers market took to social media on Sunday in search of a free space where the Market could continue to operate through the winter season. The post indicated that the organizers and vendors are interested in continuing the market through the winter, but that the market is in search of a free space with parking and room for at least a dozen vendors.
Started in 2010, the market is located on the Swain Green across from Town Common at 140 Middlesex Ave. The market typically runs on from June to October, with this current season set to end on Oct. 9. The market is open Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
