Wilmington Fun On The Fourth 2017: Fireworks, Carnival, And More
Here's the schedule for Wilmington's Fun on the Fourth, which is shaping up to be better than ever this year.

WILMINGTON, MA — Fun on the Fourth is returning, this year to the town common. It's the 37th anniversary of the celebratory event, which is spanning from Thursday, June 29 through to Sunday, July 2 . This year's Fun on the Fourth is sponsored by Dunkin' Donuts.
The full schedule is below (Note: We've also included bus route schedules and fundraising booth assignment map below.) The very first event a Rotary BBQ style dinner at 6 p.m. on Thursday and it ends with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, with a rain date of July 3. (Don't miss the updates! In between there are plenty of events. The 23d Annual Wilmington Family Day is Saturday, July 1 (full schedule for that also below.) That morning begins with a 7 a.m. Knights of Columbus breakfast and involves plenty of family actives and games, including a cornhole tournament and first Fire Dept. vs. Police Dept. softball game.

The carnival will also be returning. It will be open from 5-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday, noon-10 p.m. Saturday, and 1-10 p.m. Sunday.
Remember that no pets are allowed.

The Fourth of July HQ will be open from June 19-28 at 10 a.m.-2 p.m., from June 29-30 at 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and from July 1-2 at 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
