Last year was the first-ever fundraiser for the foundation, which brought together a capella groups Weymouth had been a part of during her lifetime.
The foundation uses the money raised to award scholarships locally in Wilmington and other places Weymouth was a part of during her life, as well as partner with organizations that support the visual arts, music, acting and playwriting, and create programs centered on education and mentorship.
