Wilmington Police Alert Residents Of New Sex Offender In Town
The Brockton man recently started working at a Woburn Street business.

WILMINGTON, MA -- In a Facebook post Monday night, Wilmington Police said they had updated the sex offender registry that lists convicted sex offenders living and working in town. Quinel Eutsay, 34, of Brockton, recently started work AAE Embroidery & Screen Printing at 789 Woburn Street. Eutsay, who is classified as a Level 3 sex offender by the state, was convicted on two counts of rape in 1989.
There are four other Level Three Sex Offenders living or working in Wilmington, according to the state sex offender registry. The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state's Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a "high risk" to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it's illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
There is also one Level 2 sex offenders registered as either living or working in Wilmington

Level 2 sex offenders have a moderate risk of re-offending and pose a moderate degree of danger to the public.The public can access information about Level 2 offenders who were classified after July 12, 2013. This information is available through local police departments and through the online registry
