Wilmington Police Arrest North Reading Man In Assault
James K. Dunnett, 52, of 279 Main Street in North Reading, was charged with assault and batter with a dangerous weapon Tuesday.

WILMINGTON, MA -- Police arrested a North Reading man after a person reported an assault at the Wilmington Police station Tuesday. James K. Dunnett, 52, of 279 Main Street in North Reading, was charged with assault and batter with a dangerous weapon and released on bail. The alleged assault, which occurred on Lourmac Road, was reported at 6:29 pm.
After the report, police put out an alert for the red, 2004 Ford Dunnett was driving. North Reading Police located the vehicle and Dunnett at his residence, where he was arrested, according to the Wilmington Police log.
