Car Break-In Suspects Surrender To Wilmington Police
Derek J. Koster, 23, of Wilmington, and Ryan J. Runyan, 24, of Billerica, are facing charges after six residents reported break-ins
WILMINGTON, MA — Police charged two men following an investigation that started Aug. 3 after six Wilmington residents reported car break-ins. Derek J. Koster, 23, of Wilmington, and Ryan J. Runyan, 24, of Billerica, were each charged with six counts of breaking and entering at night to commit a felony, three counts of larceny less than $1,200, two counts of attempted larceny, and one count of larceny greater than $1,200. Koster was also charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a stun gun, and improper storage of a stun gun.
Koster turned himself in Monday and was arraigned in Woburn District Court. Runyan turned himself in Tuesday morning and was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
