Wilmington Police Arrest Woman For Third OUI
Jacqueline Hartzell, 51, allegedly struck several parked cars in the Ristuccia Arena parking lot Wednesday afternoon.

WILMINGTON, MA -- When Wilmington Police were called to Ristuccia Arena shortly before 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, it wasn't the first time they had run into Jacqueline Hartzell. She had been arrested for operating under the influence in 2012 when she blew out a tire and continued driving, and again following a 2013 crash. And on Wednesday, police arrested Hartzell, 51, of Wilmington for her third OUI offense.
Police were called to the arena parking lot after receiving reports that a driver had struck several parked vehicles. At the time, the lot was full with student athletes, parents, and coaching staff boarding buses to depart for a junior varsity hockey game. After an investigation, police arrested Hartzell and charged her with OUI, third offense and negligent operation.
No injuries were reported. Hartzell was scheduled to be arraigned in Woburn District Court Thursday morning.
