Wilmington Public Schools is pleased to be partnering with Cataldo Ambulance Service to offer the two dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to students 12 and older, parents/guardians, staff, and the broader community

Location: Both dates held at Wilmington Middle School, located at 25 Carter Lane.
Pre-register at: Cataldo Ambulance Service website (to book your appointment in advance of the clinic)
We encourage all students 12 and older, parents/guardians/ caretakers, staff, and community members to receive the vaccine to ensure that our schools and community are protected
Registration is expected to fill up quickly, so schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
For high school students, please consider listing your child’s cell phone number on the registration form, so they may receive text message reminders about their appointment. High School students may attend the clinic without a parent/guardian, as long as their registration form is completed in advance. Advance registration is appreciated but not required. The clinic can accept walk-ins during the scheduled hours.
