Wilmington Schools Receive Book Donation
Used Book Superstore donates $15 in used books to every school employee in town.

Used Book Superstore, Inc. the largest used book store in New England has announced that every employee in the Wilmington school district will receive $15 in used books. The $15 book credit can be redeemed at the Burlington Used Book Superstore.
The gift to the school system, which exceeds $8,000 in value, is the latest school-system wide donation from the Used Book Superstore. Similar gifts have been made year to the Burlington, Billerica, Reading and Danvers school systems as well as the Salem, N.H., school system.

“The mission of the Wilmington Public Schools is to help students become productive citizens in our changing world. Having access to books is an important step in the achievement of that mission”, said Wilmington Superintendent of Schools Joanne Benton. “The gift from the Used Book Superstore is a generous one that is very much appreciated. We are encouraging our staff to take complete advantage of this.”
The Books for Teachers program gives away $50-60,000 in free book vouchers to teachers each year.
