Decorated cars encouraged!&nbsp; Parade starts at noon with a short route through town ending at the town green, aka The Park, 36 Bartlett Street, where all are invited to participate in a bring your own picnic lunch. There will be music and games until 2PM.&nbsp; Folks can decorate their cars and join the parade, cheer along the route, &amp;/or picnic in The Park.
